Wash the lettuce leaves, tear them casually and place on a serving plate. Place the duck on it, having previously cut it into large but thin pieces. Next comes grapefruit. • Cocoa, 100 g.
  • Powdered sugar, 50 g.

This delicate Italian dessert is easy to replicate at home, although you will have to start preparing it in advance. Mix mascarpone cream cheese with cream and powdered sugar until smooth. Prepare a rectangular dessert pan. Place cookies in it, after dipping each piece in coffee.

Place half of the mascarpone cream on the cookies. Then another layer of “coffee” cookies. Cover it with the remaining cream on top. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, and then decorate with a thick layer of grated cocoa.

Chocolate covered strawberries

Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries, 100 g.
  • Chocolate (milk or dark - to taste), 100 g
  • Vegetable oil (odorless), 20 g.
  • Icing decorations in the shape of hearts - to taste

Perhaps everyone’s favorite delicacy, a real symbol of all lovers, is easy to prepare at home. Select large strawberries and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes. The fact is that the chocolate glaze will harden faster on cold berries.

Chop the chocolate into pieces and add vegetable oil to it. Melt the chocolate using your preferred method. For example, using a water bath or simply in the microwave (stir every 10 seconds to prevent the chocolate from baking).

When the chocolate reaches the consistency of glaze, dip the strawberries into it, immediately sprinkling on the hearts for decoration. Carefully place each berry on a plate, and then place the resulting dessert in the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that the chocolate has time to harden.

Mango and cinnamon milkshake

Ingredients:

  • Mango, 1 piece
  • Milk, 300 ml.
  • Cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey, 1/2 teaspoon

Choose a ripe, moderately firm and dense mango. Wash the fruit thoroughly and cut it in half. Divide the pulp inside with a mesh using a knife - this will make it easier to separate it from the peel.

When the mango is cut, place it in the blender bowl. Send milk, honey and cinnamon there. Beat the ingredients thoroughly on full power until smooth. You can serve the cocktail garnished with fresh mango slices or a cinnamon stick.

Unusual flavor combinations will perfectly decorate one of the most romantic holidays. And most importantly, these recipes will surely surprise all members of your family. Add secret ingredients to your dishes - love and care for loved ones.
